Our client is a global construction consultancy who provide bespoke solutions to clients investing in construction, property and infrastructure. They presently have an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial team in their London office. Suitable candidates will be expected to take responsibility for the full cost management of projects from inception to completion carrying out all aspects of the surveying function and ensuring that the highest levels of service are provided. The position would suit applicants who are client facing and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills and ideally who are chartered and combine a demonstrable track record of commercially managing office fit out projects in London with a proven business development expertise.
