Our client is an international construction consultancy who are seeking to recruit a Senior M+E Surveyor to join the team in their London office. The successful candidate will be expected to be responsible for carrying out all aspects of both pre and post contract surveying. Suitable applicants are likely to be fully qualified with demonstrably excellent communication and client facing skills. Experience of working within the commercial, financial and banking sectors is likely to prove advantageous particularly if incorporating trading floors, infrastructure upgrades and data centres.
