Senior M+E Quantity Surveyor | Bristol | £38k to £45k | Jobs Ref AC00208

Our client is an established multi disciplinary construction consultancy who are currently seeking a Senior M+E Quantity Surveyor to join the expanding team in their Bristol office. A suitable candidate is likely to be a Quantity Surveyor (Cost Manager) with significant experience in either Mechanical Surveying or Electrical Surveying or an M+E generalist with more recent experience as a specialist in either field. Applicants will be required to gain security clearance, have a technical background with a degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or equivalent and have experience of working on large, complex schemes. Candidates who are MRICS qualified or hold a similar professional qualification will be at an advantage as will those who possess experience of leading the building services aspects of major projects. This role attracts a basic salary of up to £45k complemented by a comprehensive package of benefits.
