Our client is a medium sized construction consultancy who work on a diversity of projects across all market sectors from their offices within the UK. They are currently seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join the team in their Caernafon office. Suitable candidates will be highly motivated with a wide range of experience in all aspects of quantity surveying from feasibility through to final accounts and capable of taking responsibility for the cost management of projects. Applicants should have effective presentation and negotiation skills and be a confident communicator to individuals at all levels within organisations. The eventual post holder will, although based in the Caernarfon office, work on Commercial projects throughout the UK. Suitable candidates will probably be chartered and any knowledge of the Welsh language would be advantageous. Our client would be particularly keen to her from applicants who feel they would be capable of managing the small team within the Caernarfon office.
