Senior Quantity Surveyor | Aldermaston | £40k to £55k | AC00167 | Position Filled

Our client is a global multi disciplinary construction consultancy whose continued success within the UK nuclear sector has led them to seek to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in Aldermaston. Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate a track record of setting up commercial contracts based on construction and construction related projects together with a strong commercial and financial awareness. In addition they will be capable of maintaining a high degree of effectiveness in a multi project role, managing priorities, working to challenging timescales and show the ability to build and improve effective internal and external working relationships. Ideally applicants will have a professional qualification and be security cleared to at least SC level although DV clearance would be preferred. This role attracts a basic salary of up to £55k together with a competitive package of benefits.
