Our client is an International Multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy who are currently seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to work on a major Education project in the North West of England. The project has a capital cost in excess of £160m and is distributed over a number of sites in Cumbria with typical project values in excess of £25m. Suitable candidates are likely to be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a degree in Quantity Surveying and experience of managing projects in excess of £30m, ideally within the public sector. Applicants will be expected to have previous experience of client liaison and be capable of reporting at the highest level, understanding the client's needs and delivering them on time. This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded Chartered Quantity Surveyor to work for a leading PQS practice on an exciting long term Education project. This role attracts a basic salary of up to £45k together with a competitive package of benefits.
