Our client is one of the UK's foremost Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Cost Consultancy practices. They are currently seeking to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their Bolton surveying team. This position will include all aspects of Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy, both pre and post contract, including preparation of tenders, cost planning, compiling estimates, contract administration, agreement of final accounts, value engineering and procurement / standardisation work. Suitable candidates will have excellent IT, organisational and communication skills. They will be innovative, adaptable and client focussed with strong problem solving, planning and decision making skills. The ideal applicant will have competed their APC and have Retail experience.
