Our client is a leading UK Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Cost Consultancy practice who are presently seeking to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent to join the team in their Newcastle office. The eventual post holder will ensure their client's achieve their stated objectives through close teamwork, proactive cost control and the provision of contractual advice. Suitable candidates will have a thorough knowledge of the MS Office suite and possess excellent organisational and communication skills. Applications are invited from innovative, adaptable individuals capable of offering a high level of customer care while maintaining high standards of planning, problem solving and decision making. Relevant experience and knowledge of retail projects would be advantageous as these comprise a significant element of the office's workload.
