Our client is an established multi disciplinary consultancy who are surrently seeking to appoint a Senior Property Consultant to join the team in their Reading office. The successful candidate will be providing strategic advice to a range of clients across sectors throughout the UK and will be required to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of modern procurement techniques, communicate effectively as the highest level and make presentations to prospective clients, committees and other audiences. Applicants should be capable of providing both strategic and detailed consultancy support, develop partnering arrangements, draft and implement contract documents and act in the capacity of partnering advisor. Prospective candidates will be required to review staff structures and operational policies and determine best practice systems via process mapping and reengineering. This is an excellent opportunity to innovate and bring cutting edge principles to the marketplace and it is envisaged that the post-holder will either be or quicly become a recognised expert within the field.
