Our client is an established Construction Consultancy who are presently seeking to appoint Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with significant Healthcare sector experience to join their teams in both London and Manchester. Suitable candidates will have extensive Healthcare experience working with the NHS, in particular in decontamination, oncology units, theatre and ward refurbishments, intensive care units and laboratories, be a confident and clear communicator capable of operating autonomously within predefined parameters and be able to capture client requirements and scope and cost a project. Applicants should be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of project planning, an ability to manage both internal and client side teams and an understanding of the issues facing the public sector. Candidates will be at an advantage if they are Prince 2 qualified or hold a similar project management qualification, have experience of NEC 2 / 3, have managed projects through RIBA stage C | L or have experience of working within the delivery stages of a project. The successful candidate will be expected to actively contribute to business development by effectively developing relationships with both new and existing clients and identifying opportunities for follow on work.
