Our client is a Quantity Surveying Consultancy whose services encompass construction procurement, cost planning, risk analysis, cost management, financial monitoring, tender documentation, report writing, project monitoring, auditing, arbitration and litigation, dispute management and commercial management. The team within the Cardiff office deal with a range of Civils projects including, Highways, Utilities, Regeneration and Nuclear. Applications are invited from candidates with Highways sector experience preferably the ICE or NEC form of contract, any knowledge of MMHW or CESMM3 measurement would be an advantage. Our client offers a basic salary of up to £40k (dependant on experience) together with a generous benefits package and excellent career prospects.
