This successful Quantity Surveying Consultancy are presently seeking a PQS professional to join their Birmingham office. The eventual post-holder will be working with one of the company's directors producing budget estimates and target costs before negotiating the client's approval. You will be expected to work well within a dynamic and professional business unit undertaking post contract work including account auditing in addition to other core QS duties. Applicants will be expected to be capable of offering the full range of Quantity Surveying services to clients on an array of Building Projects while demonstrating first class interpersonal and client facing skills.
