Suitable candidates are likely to be qualified to at least HND level in a relevant subject and have gained Building Services Design experience within a consulting engineering environment. Applicants with knowledge of the schools, office, healthcare and residential sectors are likely to find themselves at an advantage, particularly if allied with experience in more specialist sectors such as data centres or leisure and sports facilities.
