Our client are an independent multidisciplinary consultancy who are presently seeking a specialist Housing Layout Designer to join the Urban Design team in their London office. The eventual post holder will be expected to service the demanding requirements of their top home builder clients thus facilitating the potential for further business development within this sector. Suitable candidates are likely to have a background working with or for housebuilders and have a significant and demonstrable record of producing housing layouts. Applicants should be client focused with good communication skills and be capable of demonstrating their proven design flair through either their excellent hand drawing skills or by utilising microstation / autocad. This is a permanent position which attracts a remuneration package of up to £50k.
