Our client is an established international construction consultancy who are presently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a freelance basis in central London. The role will require advising on client side procurement issues for a programme of data centres within the south east of England and may, hence, involve a limited amount of travel. Suitable candidates are likely to be chartered, or effectively qualified by experience and whilst they will have significant knowledge of the data centre sector they may well have an additional M+E bias. This position is offered on a freelance basis with an initial anticipated duration of 6 months and attracts a competitive rate of remuneration.
