<P align=center>Our client is a medium sized Construction Consultancy who are currently seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor with PQS experience. The successful candidate will be expected to work on a variety of projects encompassing Education and Retail schemes amongst others providing the full range of PQS services with an emphasis on pre-contract duties including Cost Planning and the preparation of Tender Documentation. The contract has an anticipated duration of at least 2 months, is available for an immediate start and attracts a rate of up to £30ph for candidates working through a Limited Company.</P>
