Our client is an established multidisciplinary construction consultancy who currently have a requirement for a Freelance Building Surveyor to undertake stock condition surveys in Essex. Suitable candidates are likely to be reasonably experienced Building Surveyors who have their own transport and are comfortable working with minimal levels of supervision. Applicants should have good interpersonal and communication skills and be confident and competent in the use of IT systems including basic hand held devices.This role is offered on a freelance basis, it is anticipated that the duration of contract will be around 10 weeks and attracts a competitive rate of remuneration.
