Our client is an established national Quantity Surveying and Project Management Consultancy who currently boast a considerable breadth of workload within the Civil Engineering sector. At present they require an Estimator on a freelance basis, commencing imminently, for an anticipated 6 month contract. The contract will be based in, Carmarthenshire South Wales working on a utility sector project. Suitable candidates will have knowledge of both NEC form of contract and target cost.
