Our client is one of the UK's largest providers of expert solutions and policy advice on rural business and environmental issues and they are currently seeking to appoint a Regional Ecologist to their Oxford office. Suitable candidates will be capable of leading a regional team of ecologists, delivering consultancy work on time and within budget and enabling our client to continue providing an unparalleled range of objective, science-based information, advice and implementation services across the environment sector. The successful applicant is likely to have an initial degree in an environmental subject or equivalent along with an in depth knowledge of ecological principles, wildlife conservation and practical habitat management together with extensive experience of working as an ecologist within a commercial consultancy environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful firm and attracts a salary of up to £36,400.
