Our client is an international Quantity Surveying and Claims Consultancy who are seeking to appoint a Claims Consultant to the Planning / Delay Analysis department of their Manchester office at Associate Director level. The eventual post holder will be expected to work with claims consultants in the analysis of delays, the presentation of delay programmes and the drafting of reports and claims. Suitable candidates are likely to be degree qualified with a thorough working knowledge of primavera or other planning software gained within the construction, engineering or oil & gas sectors. Applicants with Expert Witness experience will be at an advantage as will those with knowledge of drafting claims submissions and reports. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects with excellent possibilities for rapid career advancement within a dynamic and growing consultancy.
