<P align=center>Our client is an Established National Quantity Surveying Consultancy who currently require a Commercial Manager (Senior QS) to work on a project based in Birmingham. Suitable candidates will have experience of delivering core QS duties within the Highways sector and will be asked ,initially, to close out the final accounts on a number of old schemes. The position is available on a permanent or freelance basis, if contract then the expected duration is 6 months initially with an hourly rate in excess of �30ph.</P>
