Our client is an established construction and property consultancy who are presently seeking to appoint a fully qualified CDM Coordinator to be based in their Kent office and head up their growing CDM team. The successful candidate will be expected to manage CDM projects and processes for existing clients in both the public and private sector while supervising and developing the CDM team and assisting in the training of the consultancy's staff in the CDM and Health and Safety arena. Furthermore they will be expected to lead the promotion, management, development and marketing of the CDM Coordination team and assist in the broader promotion of the consultancy.This is a key appointment for our client with the potential to have a significant impact on the growth of CDM services within the organisation and as such it is anticipated that the successful candidate will have the opportunity to quickly earn Associate Partner status
