Our client are Global Multidisciplinary Construction Consultants who provide property and construction consultancy advice to clients throughout the world. They are currently seeking to appoint a consultant to join their capital allowances team acting as a taxation allowance specialist. Suitable candidates are likely to be MRICS qualified and have a good understanding of taxation allowances. They will be capable of providing strategic advice to a diverse range of clients and managing the delivery of capital allowances on both acquisitions and construction projects and/or land remediation relief. Experience within the following sectors would be advantageous: Communications; Leisure; Financial Services; Retail; Commercial; and Manufacturing. This vacancy provides the opportunity for a specialist to work for a fast growing and dynamic consultancy that delivers cost and project management services together with a diverse range of specialist regeneration and consulting services. Remuneration for this role will be commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience but includes a basic salary of up to £80k together with a comprehensive package of benefits.
