Our client is an established multidisciplinary construction consultancy who currently have an opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to join the team in their London office. Suitable candidates will be capable of delivering the full range of Building Surveying services including administering party wall matters, delapidations negotiations, building surveys, defect diagnosis and maintenance assessment. Suitable candidates are likely to be MRICS chartered with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a permanent position and attracts a competitive remuneration package.
