Our client is an international property and construction consultancy who are presently seeking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join the team in their Birmingham office. Suitable candidates will be capable of delivering the full range of professional Building Surveying services including defect analysis, delapidations and condition surveys. Applicants are likely to be degree qualified in Building Surveying, or equivalent, and either be chartered or have begun the process of gaining a recognised professaional qualification. Any experience of Construction Design and Management (CDM), Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) or Display Energy Certificates (DEC) will be likely to prove advantageous. This is a permanent position which attracts a competitive package of remuneration.
