Our client is an established and expanding Professional Property Consultancy who are currently seeking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to work in their Southampton office. Suitable candidates are likely to be qualified to MRICS level, or equivalent, and be confident performing all duties associated with a commercial surveying practice including party walls and delapidations. Our client currently has no surveyors based in Southampton and as such this is an opportunity to establish the Building Surveying role within the office. Highly-motivated applicants who can demonstrate an aptitude and enthusiasm for business development will be well-suited to the role. It is envisaged that success within this position will lead to responsibility for the formation and development of a team within the office and as such leadership skills will be an important consideration. This role attracts a competitively-structured package incorporating a basic salary of up to £40k, and as indicated, scope for further career development.
