Our client is a world-leading power management company who are currently seeking a Building Services Engineer to work out of their Greenock office, located near the coast to the West of Glasgow. The post holder will be expected to manage the operation of the site's mechanical infrastructure, providing mechanical design and commissioning support to all projects meeting safety, operability and cost objectives. Suitable candidates are likely to have experience of Energy Management, Project Management, Preparation of Specifications, Commissioning and handover of mechanical systems in addition to awareness of safety and environmental considerations. The successful applicant is also likely to have knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, steam, hot water, pumped water and local exhaust ventilation systems. Applications are invited from individuals who believe they have the necessary skills and experience for this role ideally with a good degree in building services or mechanical engineering allied to relevant experience gained working within the built environment sector. This role attracts a basic salary of up to £45k, a comprehensive package of benefits, a potentially substantial annual performance related bonus together with stock options for high performers.
