Our client is an international multidisciplinary consultancy who are presently seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join the team in their London office. This is an opportunity to be involved with a wide variety of projects including high specification fit outs, commercial new build and refurbishment projects and high profile international projects. Suitable candidates for this role are likely to have gained substantial technical delivery experience incorporating time spent managing a team of surveyors. In addition applicants will probably be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar and be professionally qualified. Candidates with a strong client-facing record, an aptitude for stakeholder management and experience of acting as a RICS Assessor (or similar mentoring experience) are likely to be at an advantage. This is a permanent position which attracts a salary of up to £58k.
