Our client is a Quantity Surveying and Project Management Consultancy who are presently seeking to make an Associate / Director level appointment to their Birmingham office. Suitable candidates will have a background within a consultancy environment as either a Quantity Surveyor or a Project Manager in which they will have gained experience in one or more of the following sectors: Commercial, Retail, Residential, Office or Defence. Applicants are likely to have supplemented a relevant degree qualification with at least one further professional qualification. Candidates who are applying for this role will be expected to demonstrate both an aptitude for business development and the potential to have a positive impact on the profitability of the business as a result of the decisions they take at the highest level.
