Our client is an expanding management consultancy practice who deliver cutting edge solutions across the Central Government, Local Government and Health sectors. They are presently seeking proven, motivated leaders at Senior Consultant up to Associate Director level to be based in either London or Manchester. Suitable candidates will have expertise within one or more of the following realms PCT, Acute or Childrens services. The PCT expertise should include operational experience of running and improving PCT provider services or working as an external consultant delivering improvements to PCT clients. Acute expertise will include operational (clinical) experience of running and delivering improvements to front line services, preferably using Lean principals, or working as an external consultant to hospitals. Childrens Services expertise will include thorough policy understandoing and a track record in designing and embedding new working practices in an operational capacity or as an external consultant. The success of the post holder will be judged against their ability to maintain business through sustaining and cultivating relationships with existing clients, support the growth of their division by developing new clients in existing sectors and oversee the delivery of high profile projects. Applications are invited from candidates who have the desire and drive to play a key role in continuing to grow the business and experience of delivering complex and politically sensitive projects within the public sector. In addition they will possess a tangible and successful track record of business development, a demonstrable and successful track record of account management and the ability toi leverage existing networks to make an immediate impact. Finally they will be educated to at least degree level with experience of working at Director level within client organisations.
